Global Explorers
Global Explorers (www.globalexplorers.org) is a nonprofit organization that offers educational international immersion experiences for middle and high school students. With an emphasis on global citizenship, service, leadership, culture and science, students learn about and visit the Amazon, the Peruvian Highlands, Costa Rica, the Yucatan, Baja California, Tanzania or the Arctic.

Teachers travel for free with 10 paying participants and each group is unique - your group will never be paired with other schools. Every group travels with a Global Explorers Field Workshop Coordinator, a Volunteer Scientist and at least 1 local guide. Global Explorers partners with only the most sustainable local service providers and purchases carbon offsets to reduce the impact of each groups' travel on our planet.
