Tour company fee: $2020

Includes: tour guide and driver, all game park fees as per the itinerary, all camping equipment (except sleeping bag and ground pad), all meals while camping, all transportation

GEEO program fee: $75 (For Non-Educators this fee is $150)

International airfare: Roughly $1200-1600 We do not book your flights but there are plenty of good airfare websites out there, like www.kayak.com for example

Tipping: the tour leaders and drivers are always appreciative of any tips, this is at your own discretion

Meals not listed in the itinerary: only pre and post tour. All meals included while on tour

Laundry, Drinks, Phone calls, Etc: ? We suggest a budget of $100-125 a week for additional expenses such as personal items, souvenirs, a few drinks, any optional activities you may wish to do

Airport and departure taxes: allow $20-30 from Johannesburg, this is subject to change

Travel insurance: $100 (Estimate, depends on which plan you choose)

Vaccines: ? (It all depends on what you don't have already/what your insurance covers.) Yellow fever is worth considering for this region

Visa: Zimbabwe requires a visa for US passport holders. Currently $40 but this could change
