Zach Klughaupt is an associate at the law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. His practice involves mergers and acquisitions, energy, restructuring, international transactions, and transactions by companies in Chapter 11.

Zach earned his J.D. with honors at Duke University, where he was a lead editor for the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law. He also spent a semester in Mexico City at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, where he studied civil law in a Latin American context. He graduated cum laude from Duke University in 1999, where he earned a Bachelor of the Arts Degree in Economics with a minor in Spanish. He is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese.

Zach is GEEO's corporate secretary and serves on our board of directors.  He also does legal work for GEEO.
